Terms & cancellation

01Bookings & payment

• Your terms in writing. Deposit, payment, cancellation and date-change terms come in writing with your quote and your booking, so you know them before you pay.
• Booking a room online? The conditions for your rate are shown on the booking page before you pay.
• Book direct, Breakfast included. Breakfast is included when you book direct, on our website, on WhatsApp or at reception. Bookings made through travel sites don’t include Breakfast.
• Packages and group programmes are planned around your dates and group, and your quote lists exactly what’s included.
• Pick-ups can be arranged from JB malls such as AEON Bukit Indah, or from your home in Singapore. Additional charges apply for private transport.

02Check-in & your room

Check-in

From 3 pm.

Check-out

By 12 pm. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability.

Container Room

1 queen bed, for 2 guests (3 with an extra bed).

Family Room

2 queen beds, or 1 queen and 2 single beds, for up to 4 guests (5 with an extra bed).

In every room

Air-conditioning, private bathroom with water heater, TV, mini fridge, towels, toiletries, coffee and tea.

03Children & extra beds

• Under 3 years: free, with no extra bed or meals.
• 3 to 12 years: child rate. Guests above 12 are counted as adults.
• Day trips: senior citizen rate for guests above 60.
• Extra beds: one extra bed per room at most.

04Meals & the cafe

• Every 2D1N stay includes Dinner (7.00 to 8.30 pm) and Breakfast (8.00 to 10.00 am). An À La Carte menu is available on request.
• Dinner is a BBQ Dinner or a Western Dinner. BBQ Dinner is only for 5 pax and above.
• A complimentary Lunch is included for stays of more than 1 night.
• All meals are served in The Farmer’s Cafe. There is no room service, and the last order is at 9.30 pm.
• Muslim-friendly kitchen: no pork, no lard.

05Activities

• A 2D1N stay includes the Swimming Pool, Animal Feeding & Petting and a Farm Tour by tractor wagon. Other activities are chargeable.
• Additional chargeable activities are open from 9 am to 6 pm. Outdoor activities pause for a break from 12 pm to 1 pm. Day trips run from 9 am to 6 pm.
• Karaoke, Pool Table and Mahjong are open for in-house guests until 10 pm.
• Activity tickets are sold at the reception counter. You can charge them to your room and settle at check-out.
• Payment at the resort is by cash or Touch ’n Go.
• River activities (Kayaking, Eco Rafting and River Cruise) depend on the river water level.
• Each activity has its own age and weight rules (Horse Riding, for example, is for ages 3 and up, up to 80 kg). See the activities page or ask at reception.

06Staying safe

• Life jackets are mandatory for every river activity.
• Animal enclosures are entered only with our staff.
• Swimming Pool: there is no lifeguard on duty, so children swim with an adult. The Kids’ Pool is 1 ft deep and the Adults’ Pool 3 to 5 ft.
• A road runs through the resort. Look both ways before crossing.
• Emergency gathering points are in front of the meeting room and in front of the cafe.

Both close at 10 pm.

Water stations at the Container Room block and at the cafe.

Pets

Pets are strictly not allowed.

Smoking & outside food

Please ask us before you arrive, and we’ll tell you how it works for your stay.
